1.Product Name: PSA Nitrogen Generator
A full installation requires air compressor, refrigerated air dryer, filters, air tank, nitrogen generator and gas buffer tank.
We supply full installations but each component, and other optional supply like boosters, high
pressure compressors or filling stations can also be bought separately.
Nitrogen Gas Generator specifications:
1. Nitrogen capacity: 3~2000Nm3/h
2. Nitrogen purity: 95
%, 99%, 99.5%, 99.9%, 99.99%, 99.999%...
3. Nitrogen pressure from the Nitrogen Generator: 1-7bar
4. Skid-mounted enable an easy installation and transportation.
Features of our Nitrogen Gas Generator:
(1) The Nitrogen Generator is equipped with a stable Atlas Copco screw air compressor;
(2) The Nitrogen Generator is equipped with Siemens PLC and SMC or CKD valves;
(3) Fewer moving parts enable the Nitrogen Gas Generator more reliable and less maintenance jobs;
(4) The Nitrogen Generator does not need foundation base;
(5) The Nitrogen Generator does not need cooling water;
(6) The Nitrogen Generator is skid-mounted, very easy to be transported and installed;
(7) The Nitrogen Generator is very easy to be operated, unmanned operation can be realized;
(8) Consumable parts: only filter elements, replaced every 6000-8000hours. Maintenance cost is very low.
